By accessing or using the website bulkemailsetup.com and any services offered through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Goletro Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated on October 16, 2015 under the laws of India and registered with the Registrar of Companies, Pune, Maharashtra.

If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not access or use the Website or Services. Your continued use of the Website after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

BulkEmailSetup provides a one-time bulk email infrastructure setup service. Our team configures your complete email sending environment so you can send high-volume campaigns from your own infrastructure. The service includes:

• Setup and configuration of dedicated SMTP servers
• Dedicated IP address allocation and configuration
• Installation and configuration of a full email marketing platform
• DNS configuration guidance (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, rDNS)
• IP warm-up strategy and deliverability guidance
• White-label branding setup (if the add-on is purchased)

VPS hosting responsibility: You are responsible for procuring and maintaining the Virtual Private Server (VPS) or dedicated server. Monthly server costs are paid directly by you to your chosen hosting provider and are separate from our one-time setup fee.

We do not provide ongoing managed email sending, nor do we send emails on your behalf. After setup and credential handover, you operate and maintain the infrastructure independently.

To use our Services, you may need to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration or order process. You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information about yourself and your business
• Keep your account credentials, server access, and login information confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account or infrastructure
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or on your server

Our Services are offered on a one-time payment basis. There are no recurring subscriptions, hidden fees, or per-email charges. Current plan details and pricing are available on our Pricing page.

All prices are in USD. We accept payments via PayPal, Stripe, wire transfer, and other methods. Full payment is required before setup begins. Pricing is subject to change but will not affect orders already confirmed and paid for.

Upon receipt of full payment and server access details, our team will begin setting up your email infrastructure. Typical setup timeline is 3–4 business days, depending on plan complexity and server availability.

Once setup is complete, we hand over all credentials and access details (SMTP logins, platform admin credentials, DNS records, etc.). From that point, you are the sole operator of the infrastructure.

Delays caused by incomplete information, server provisioning issues on your hosting provider's side, or unresponsiveness may extend the delivery timeline. We are not liable for such delays.

You agree to use the email infrastructure in a lawful and responsible manner. Specifically:

• No spam. All recipients must have explicitly opted in to receive your emails.
• Comply with all applicable laws including CAN-SPAM (USA), GDPR (EU), CASL (Canada), and the IT Act, 2000 (India).
• No illegal or harmful content including phishing, malware, fraud, or IP-infringing material.
• Maintain list hygiene. Honour unsubscribe requests, clean lists regularly, remove bounces.
• Accurate sender information in every email, including a valid physical address and unsubscribe mechanism.

Violation may result in immediate termination of support without refund. We reserve the right to report violations to authorities and hosting providers.

Our Website uses the following third-party services:

• Google reCAPTCHA: Used on our contact forms to prevent spam. reCAPTCHA collects device and browser information and sets a cookie (_GRECAPTCHA) for risk analysis. As of April 2, 2026, Google acts as a data processor for reCAPTCHA data under the Cloud Data Processing Addendum.
• Plausible Analytics: Privacy-friendly website analytics. Does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and is fully GDPR compliant.
• Payment Processors: Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, and other payment gateways for secure transaction processing.

All content on the Website is the property of Goletro Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. The email marketing software installed on your server may be open-source or licensed third-party software, subject to respective licence agreements.

You retain full ownership of your email content, mailing lists, and data stored on your server. We do not access, store, or use your data beyond what is necessary for the initial setup.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goletro Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities
• Email deliverability issues caused by your sending practices or content
• Downtime, data loss, or security breaches on your VPS or hosting provider
• Actions taken by third-party providers or blacklist operators

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

The Services and Website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• A specific inbox placement rate or deliverability percentage
• Interruption-free or error-free infrastructure
• Any particular volume of emails within a specific timeframe
• Third-party service performance (hosting, DNS, blacklists)

Since our Services are one-time setup, there is no ongoing subscription to cancel. However:

• Before setup completion: Refer to our Refund Policy for applicable terms.
• After setup completion: Once credentials are handed over, the service is considered delivered.
• Termination by us: We may refuse to provide services if we determine you intend to violate these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, MH, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Website or Services after modifications indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
