15-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our service. If you're not satisfied within the first 15 days, we'll refund your setup fee — no questions asked.

1. 15-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee on all our setup plans, including Standard and White-Label tiers. The 15-day window begins on the date your payment is received.

If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason within this period, you may request a full refund. Approved refunds are processed within 24–48 hours.

2. Eligibility for Refund

  • The refund request is made within 15 calendar days of the payment date.
  • The service has not been fully delivered (i.e., server credentials and access have not yet been handed over to you).
  • You provide your order details and reason for the refund request.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The refund request is made after 15 days from the payment date.
  • The service has been fully delivered and server/application credentials have been handed over to you.
  • Domain registration or dedicated IP costs that have already been incurred on your behalf.
  • Any third-party costs (e.g., DNS provider charges) already paid as part of the setup.

4. Cancellation Process

To cancel your order and request a refund, contact us with the following details:

  • Your full name and email address used during purchase.
  • Order or transaction ID.
  • Plan purchased and tier (Standard or White-Label).
  • Reason for cancellation.

Our team will acknowledge your request within 24 hours on business days.

5. Refund Processing

  • Refund approval takes 24–48 hours after your request is reviewed.
  • Once approved, the amount is credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

6. Partial Refunds

If partial work has already been completed on your setup (e.g., server provisioning, DNS configuration, application installation), we may issue a partial refund after deducting the cost of the work performed.

The deduction amount will be communicated transparently before the refund is processed. You will have the option to accept or continue with the service.

7. VPS Hosting Costs

VPS hosting is paid directly to third-party providers (e.g., Contabo, Hetzner, OVH) as recommended during your setup. These payments are not processed by BulkEmailSetup and therefore cannot be refunded by us.

For VPS-related refunds, please contact your hosting provider directly according to their refund policies.

8. Plan Upgrades

If you upgrade from one plan to another (e.g., Basic to Advance), the upgrade fee follows the same 15-day refund policy from the date of the upgrade payment. Only the upgrade fee is eligible for refund — the original plan fee follows its own 15-day window.
