Cookie Policy
How BulkEmailSetup.com uses cookies and similar technologies to provide, improve, and protect our services.
Last updated: April 2026
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently, provide a better browsing experience, and give website owners useful information about how their site is being used.
Cookies may be set by the website you are visiting ("first-party cookies") or by third-party services that the website uses for analytics, advertising, or functionality ("third-party cookies"). Cookies can remain on your device for different periods of time — some are deleted automatically when you close your browser (session cookies), while others remain until they expire or you delete them (persistent cookies).
2. How We Use Cookies
BulkEmailSetup.com, operated by Goletro Technologies Pvt. Ltd., uses cookies and similar tracking technologies for the following purposes:
- To ensure the website functions correctly and securely
- To remember your preferences and settings across visits
- To understand how visitors interact with our website so we can improve it
- To measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns
- To provide a personalized experience based on your browsing behavior
3. Types of Cookies We Use
Essential / Necessary Cookies
These cookies are required for the basic functioning of our website. They enable core features such as page navigation, access to secure areas, and session management. The website cannot function properly without these cookies, and they cannot be disabled.
Analytics (Cookie-Free)
We use two analytics tools, both operating without setting cookies:
- Plausible Analytics — a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use cookies, does not track users across websites, does not collect personal data, and is fully GDPR, CCPA, and PECR compliant. All data is aggregated and anonymized.
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — configured with Google Consent Mode v2 in cookieless mode. By default, analytics storage and ad storage are denied, meaning no cookies are set and no personally identifiable information is collected. Google uses cookieless pings and modeled data to provide aggregate analytics without tracking individual users. This configuration is fully GDPR compliant and does not require a cookie consent banner.
Why no cookie banner? Because both our analytics tools operate without cookies. GA4 Consent Mode defaults to denied consent, and Plausible is inherently cookieless. Since no tracking cookies are set, no consent banner is required under GDPR, ePrivacy Directive, or CCPA.
Functional Cookies
Functional cookies allow the website to remember choices you have made — such as your preferred language, region, or theme settings — and provide enhanced, personalized features. They may also be used to provide services you have asked for, such as live chat support.
Performance Cookies
Performance cookies collect information about how visitors use our website, such as which pages are visited most often and whether users encounter error messages. These cookies do not collect information that identifies individual visitors. All data is aggregated and used solely to improve how our website performs.
4. Third-Party Cookies
In addition to our own cookies, we may also use cookies set by third-party services that we have integrated into our website. These include:
- •Google reCAPTCHA — Our contact forms use Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam and abuse. reCAPTCHA sets a necessary cookie (
_GRECAPTCHA) on your device for risk analysis. As of April 2, 2026, Google acts as a data processor for reCAPTCHA under the Cloud Data Processing Addendum. We are the data controller for this data. - •Payment Processors — When you make a payment, our payment processor may set cookies to process the transaction securely and detect fraud. These cookies are governed by the respective processor's privacy policy.
Note: We use Plausible Analytics and Google Analytics 4 (in Consent Mode) for website analytics. Neither tool sets cookies on your device in our default configuration. GA4 operates in cookieless mode with all consent categories denied by default.
We do not control the cookies set by third parties. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of these third-party services for more information about their cookie practices.
5. Managing Cookies
You have the right to decide whether to accept or reject cookies. Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default, but you can modify your browser settings to block or delete cookies if you prefer.
Here is how to manage cookies in popular browsers:
- Google Chrome: Settings → Privacy and Security → Cookies and other site data
- Mozilla Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Microsoft Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Cookies and site data
Please note that blocking or deleting cookies may affect the functionality of our website. Some features (such as spam protection via reCAPTCHA) may not work as intended if essential cookies are disabled.
6. Cookie Duration
The cookies we use fall into two categories based on how long they remain on your device:
- •Session Cookies — These are temporary cookies that are erased when you close your browser. They are used to maintain your session state as you navigate between pages on our website.
- •Persistent Cookies — These cookies remain on your device for a set period of time (or until you manually delete them). They are used to remember your preferences and recognize you when you return to our website. For example, the reCAPTCHA cookie persists for the duration needed for risk analysis.
7. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
We encourage you to review this Cookie Policy periodically to stay informed about how we use cookies. Your continued use of our website after any changes to this policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
