Goletro Technologies offers a 15-day money-back guarantee on most of our products and services to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our services, you can request a refund or cancellation within 15 days from the date of purchase.

Conditions for Refund and Cancellation
To qualify for a refund or cancellation, please review the following guidelines:

• The 15-day period begins on the day the payment is made.
• Requests for refunds or cancellations must be submitted within the 15-day window.
• Refunds are applicable only for services not fully rendered. If services have already been delivered or are in progress, the refund will not cover those costs.
• Refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours after approval.

How to Initiate a Refund or Cancellation
To initiate a refund or cancellation request:

• Include your full name, company name, account number, and the specific service you wish to cancel.
• Please use the subject line: “CANCEL ORDER.”
• All refund and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and will not be processed without a confirmation from our billing department.

Refund Process and Timeline
Once your cancellation request is approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours.
• You will receive a confirmation email from our billing department with details of your refund or cancellation.
• Please retain this confirmation email as proof of cancellation or refund.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

• Goletro Technologies delivers services digitally and does not involve physical shipping. As such, all services are considered delivered once access is granted to the product or service.
• For services such as web hosting or email services, it is your responsibility to keep a backup of your data. Goletro Technologies is not responsible for any data or files lost after a cancellation or refund has been processed.

Exclusions from Refunds
Refunds will not be issued for the following after the 15-day period:

• Services already provided or in progress.
• Miscellaneous charges that are non-recoverable by Goletro Technologies.
• Email delivery issues caused by factors outside of Goletro Technologies’ control (e.g., email content, database quality, server reputations).
• Requests for refunds made after the 15-day window from the date of purchase.

Important Notes

• Once a refund or cancellation is processed, Goletro Technologies reserves the right to revoke access to any published websites, hosting services, and email accounts associated with the service.
• Goletro Technologies is not liable for any loss of data or files after the cancellation or refund process is completed.
