Server Setup, Maintenance, and Support
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, the following services will be separately billed after the successful setup of the web application and servers:

• Uploading contact data, creating email templates, and campaign creation.
• Refinements and tweaks to the web application/server that were not planned or approved by the client earlier.
• Front-end (web application) and back-end (server) support that were not previously planned or approved.
• Ongoing server maintenance and support post-setup.
• New IP addresses or domain additions, removals, replacements, or other updates on the server.

For any additional services, we will provide a quote and updated timescales prior to initiation.

Price Quotations
The prices quoted to the client are for the work explicitly outlined in the proposal document. If the client requests any changes after the project has commenced, Goletro Technologies will provide a separate quote for the additional work, and may adjust the project timeline accordingly. Cost estimates and prices quoted are valid for a maximum of one month unless otherwise agreed.

Mode of Payment

• Overseas Clients: Payments can be made via Stripe Payment Gateway or PayPal.
• Indian Clients: Payments can be made via Stripe Payment Gateway or through bank transfer.

Browser Compatibility
We strive to design the platform to work seamlessly with the most popular, up-to-date browsers, including the latest versions of Firefox, Chrome, and Internet Explorer. However, Goletro Technologies cannot be held responsible for issues that arise from new browser versions released after the design phase. Older versions of Internet Explorer are considered outdated, and we recommend using the latest versions of Chrome or Firefox for the best experience.

Mobile responsiveness is considered for modern browsers and devices, but compatibility with older or non-standard devices may not be supported.

Termination and Agreement Violations
Goletro Technologies reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to services at any time, for any reason, and without notice. This includes removing and discarding any part of your account, user profile, or recipient profile. We may discontinue providing access to services or any part thereof without notice.

Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities. Goletro Technologies is not liable for any termination of services, and such actions are in addition to any other legal remedies we may pursue.

Upon termination, you agree to immediately stop using the services and remove any materials you may have created using the platform.

Limitation of Liability and Damages
Goletro Technologies, its contractors, agents, licensors, partners, and suppliers will not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use or inability to use the services or website. In no case shall Goletro Technologies’ total liability exceed the amount paid by you for using the services or website, or INR 1,000, whichever is less.

These limitations apply even if Goletro Technologies was advised of the possibility of such damages and reflect a reasonable allocation of risk.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Goletro Technologies, its affiliates, contractors, employees, and third-party suppliers harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the services, violation of this Agreement, or breach of any representations or warranties made by you.

Goletro Technologies reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense of any matter for which you are required to indemnify Goletro Technologies, and you agree to cooperate with Goletro Technologies in the defense of any such claims.

Disclaimer and No Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goletro Technologies and its third-party partners disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor do we guarantee that defects in the platform will be corrected.

You understand and agree that you use the services at your own discretion and risk, and that Goletro Technologies is not liable for any damage to your devices or loss of data resulting from using the services.

Ownership and Proprietary Rights
The services and website, including all visual interfaces, graphics, software, and other elements, are owned by Goletro Technologies and are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to sell, license, distribute, or modify the materials on the website unless explicitly authorized by Goletro Technologies.

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes not settled through arbitration will be resolved in the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.

Assignment
You may not assign this Agreement without prior written consent from Goletro Technologies. We reserve the right to assign this Agreement at our discretion.

Survival
Upon termination of this Agreement, provisions that by their nature should survive, such as indemnity and liability limitations, will remain in effect.

Headings
Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of this Agreement.

Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Goletro Technologies regarding the use of the services and supersedes any prior agreements or communications.
