Yes, you can check the location of open and click users as follows.
When someone will open your email or click on it them system will capture the user's IPs and generate the geographic location overview as follows.
Click on Reports --> Open any campaign and at the bottom, you can see the Geographic location of your email openers.
Kindly Note: Sometime ISP will hide the exact location of their users with the proxies such as Gmail, etc.
